1960: Establishment of Syst-O-Matic BV;

1998: Separation of Syst-O-Matic BV from parent company;

2005: Stefan van der Beek new owner Syst-O-Matic BV;

2010: Strategic collaboration Systomatic & Van Veenendaal BV;

2013: Stefan van der Beek acquires 100 percent interest in Van Veenendaal BV;

2014: Establishment of Mparts BV (merger of Systomatic BV and Van Veenendaal BV);

2022: Mparts BV joins BIBUS AG + strategic cooperation BIBUS Romicon BV;

2023: Establishment of BIBUS BV (merger Mparts BV & BIBUS Romicon BV);

BIBUS BV, the companies Mparts BV and BIBUS Romicon BV will continue their activities in the Benelux under this name from January 1, 2023.  Both companies already had a strategic alliance for about 8 months, which was converted into a merger in 2023. All this with the aim of increasing the strength to grow further from there.
